- I had these the other day, and I must say they
- were really very good.
-
- Try it!
-
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted in double boiler
- or microwaved for small amounts of time and mixed often)
- 2 cups matzo farfel
- 1 cup chopped nuts
-
- 1) Mix all ingredients until matzo and nuts are completely coated.
-
- 2) On an ungreased cookie sheet, take a teaspoon full at a time
- and place on the cookie sheet.
-
- 3) Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
-
- Note: My grandmother usually makes these with a 3 1/2 oz can of chinese
- noodles... the very thin round ones... instead of the matzo farfel.
